CreePlay does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect selection of size, weight, color, or model
  • Product no longer required
  • Better price found elsewhere
  • Personal preference dissatisfaction

We encourage customers to carefully review product specifications, size guides, and descriptions before completing their purchase.
We accept products only for repair or replacement under valid brand warranty conditions.

A product may be eligible if:
  • It has a manufacturing defect
  • It is damaged due to a material or workmanship fault
  • The issue arises under normal usage conditions
  • The claim is made within the specified warranty period

Warranty duration varies depending on the product and manufacturer.
The following are not covered under warranty:

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage due to improper care or storage
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or alterations
  • Cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality
  • Damage caused by external factors (water, fire, impact, etc.)


For example:
  • Cricket bats damaged due to improper knocking or usage against hard surfaces may not qualify.
  • Shoes damaged due to excessive wear or non-sport usage may not qualify.
To request a warranty repair or replacement:
  1. Email us at connect@creeplay.com
  2. Include:
    • Order number
    • Clear images/videos of the defect
    • Description of the issue
  3. Our team will review the claim within 1-3 business days.
  4. If approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the product to our service center.

CreePlay reserves the right to inspect the product before approving a repair or replacement.
  • Customers may be required to ship the product to our designated address.
  • Shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless otherwise communicated.
  • CreePlay will bear return shipping costs for approved warranty replacements (if applicable).

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
If a warranty claim is approved:

  • The product may be repaired, or
  • A replacement of the same product (or equivalent model if unavailable) may be provided.

CreePlay does not guarantee refunds under warranty claims unless repair or replacement is not feasible.
If you receive:

  • A damaged product during transit, or
  • An incorrect product,

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear unboxing video proof.

Failure to provide timely notification and video proof may result in rejection of the claim.
Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • Order cancellation before dispatch
  • Product unavailable after order confirmation
  • Approved cases where replacement is not possible

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
For international orders:

  • We do not offer returns and refunds.
  • In case of damaged products delivery, the customers are responsible for return shipping costs for warranty inspections (unless otherwise stated).
  • Customs duties, taxes, and international shipping fees are non-refundable.
CreePlay reserves the right to reject any claim if:

  • The product shows signs of misuse
  • The warranty period has expired
  • Required proof is not provided
  • The damage does not qualify as a manufacturing defect
