Because we specialize in performance athletic gear and precision-weighted equipment, CreePlay does not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for a change of mind once an order has been delivered. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Standard personal preference changes or product suitability adjustments post-delivery.
  • Selection variations concerning size, weight, or models. Detailed size charts are provided on every product page to assist your selection prior to purchase.
  • In the case of any clarification required, we have also integrated a chat feature on the website to clarify any of your doubts before placing the order.

If an item arrives damaged in transit or you receive an incorrect product variant, CreePlay will take full responsibility for resolving the issue at no cost to the customer.

  • Notification Window: Please notify our support desk at connect@creeplay.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Required Documentation: Please provide your order number alongside clear photographs of the transit damage or incorrect item.
  • Resolution: Upon verification, CreePlay will arrange a return pickup and issue an immediate replacement or full refund to your original payment method. There are no restocking fees or return shipping fees for damaged or incorrect deliveries.

We offer dedicated repair or replacement processing for products covered under active manufacturer warranties.

  • Eligible Cases: Material anomalies, production defects, structural faults under normal competitive use, and workmanship defects.
  • Non-Coverage Items: Standard athletic wear and tear, cosmetic scratching, damage arising from improper storage, field neglect, unauthorized structural alterations, or cricket bats damaged due to lack of proper oiling/knocking preparation.

To initiate an official manufacturer warranty review:

  • Email our support team at connect@creeplay.com.
  • State your order number and attach clear media (images or brief video clips) showing the functional defect.
  • Our quality assurance desk will assess your submission within 1–3 business days.
  • For verified defects, we will provide you with structured instructions to route the item to our service assessment center.
  • Customer Responsibility: For standard warranty inspections, the customer handles the initial secure transit shipment to our designated service address.
  • Merchant Responsibility: If the manufacturer confirms a production defect, CreePlay covers 100% of the reverse distribution expenses to deliver the repaired item or replacement product back to your address.

Refunds are initiated and cleanly guaranteed under the following conditions:

  • Complete order cancellation requests submitted prior to product dispatch.
  • Sudden inventory fulfillment stockouts from a manufacturer.
  • Approved warranty cases where a functional duplicate replacement cannot be verified.
  • Once approved, your monetary refund is credited directly to your original payment gateway source within 5 to 10 business days.

Our standard protections against manufacturer defects and transit damages extend to our international clients. For cross-border orders:

  • If a product arrives damaged, please submit photo verification to connect@creeplay.com within 48 hours for immediate replacement handling.
  • Standard localized customs duties, regional import tariffs, and original international cross-border transit shipping fees paid to port couriers are non-refundable.
