SG Mega Lite Moulded Cricket Batting Pads

The SG Mega Lite Moulded Cricket Batting Pads are built around a simple but important idea: give you proper protection without the weight and bulk that makes traditional cane pads feel laborious to wear.

• Padding: The 3D moulded construction shapes the pad directly to the contour of the leg, giving a compact wrap-around fit that sits more naturally than a flat-faced pad ever can. This matters practically in two ways: the pad stays in position without constant adjustment, and it does not create that frustrating gap between the pad and the shin that can allow the ball to sneak through on front-foot play. Low-density foam fills the vertical bolster and knee bolster to give your knee and shin the cushioning they need without unnecessary rigidity.
• High-density foam facing absorbs the impact of the ball across the front of the pad.
• The ambidextrous design means both right-handed and left-handed batters can use the same pair, which is practical for families and team kit stores.
• Why we stock it: CreePlay recommends the SG Mega Lite for players who want a modern, lightweight pad that genuinely moves comfortably at the crease.
• Options: Available in Junior, Youth, and Adult sizes.

At CreePlay, we carry the Mega Lite for club cricketers, all-round players, and anyone who runs hard between the wickets and needs pads that move with them rather than against them.
