  • Orders are not processed on Monday or public holidays.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.

If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact our support team before placing an order.

You can check the estimated delivery date on the product page by entering your pin code. In general:

A. Within India

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities & Remote Areas: 4–8 business days

B. International Orders

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–15 business days

Shipping charges (if applicable):

CreePlay may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, subject to terms and conditions.
For international shipments:

  • Refusal to accept delivery due to customs charges may result in return shipping deductions from any eligible refund.

Our courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts.
If delivery fails due to:

  • Lost shipments due to incorrect details
  • Additional charges resulting from address changes after dispatch

Address modifications may not be possible once the order is shipped.
If you receive a package that appears damaged:
  1. Record an unboxing video clearly showing the issue.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Provide your order number and supporting images/videos.
Failure to report within the specified timeframe may result in claim rejection.
In certain cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately based on product availability or warehouse location.
